Coloring 
& Coffee

Coloring is so therapeutic. It allows me to be creative, reduces my stress levels, and it keeps me from overthinking because I am able to pour my concentration onto the image on that sheet of paper. I have also found that coloring increases my dopamine and serotonin (the happy hormones), which pushes stress aside and brings in a sense of calm. In addition, when I add a hot cup of my favorite beverage (coffee or tea) and the melodic sounds of jazz to this space of calm, it just sets the stage for deeper moments of tranquility. Coloring has been life-changing for me!
